Of the dozens of drivers on the NASCAR circuit, five generated more support on a state-by-state basis than Colorado’s favorite driver, with Truex Jr. finishing behind Chase Elliott and Kyle Larson (eight states each), as well as Kyle Busch (seven states), Bubba Wallace (five states) and Jimmie Johnson (four states).
Truex has wracked up 34 wins across 642 races, with his last win coming at the 2023 Crayon 301 in New Hampshire, which helped push the 43-year-old into a three-way tie for sixth, popularity wise.
