Key Contributors Toward Broncos Super Bowl Odds

As with every NFL team, quarterback play is one of the most important pieces for a Super Bowl push. Bo Nix had an impressive rookie campaign, finishing third in the OROY race and earning Pro Bowl alternate honors. Courtland Sutton is the de-facto number one in this offense, but Denver needs some help with the run game.

One of the team's best players is cornerback Patrick Surtain II. Surtain has been a premier defender since entering the league in 2021 and has been one of the most consistent players on both sides of the ball for Denver. His play will be especially important this season.

Broncos Super Bowl 60 Outlook and Predictions

Even though  Denver earned a playoff spot last season, the Broncos are a team in transition and have too many questions to be considered legitimate Super Bowl contenders. Offensively, Bo Nix needs to build on last season's success and Denver needs to add more weapons. It's also hard to build a legitimate passing game around an aging Courtland Sutton and the run game needs to improve.

Defensively, the group has been one of the best in the league and has been the main driver for the team's success. The Broncos' defense surrendered the fewest yards per play and the fourth-fewest points per game through the first eight weeks of the 2024 season. If the front office can keep this core group together and potentially add to it throughout the upcoming offseason, it would do wonders for Nix's development going forward.
